Summer is here and we have been enjoying a beautiful June. The Solstice party was great fun with slackline action, darts, horseshoes, volleyball, delicious homebrew stout and fantastic bruschetta.
This is also a very busy time of year at East Wind and I only have time to post some photos from the Solstice party for now. More to come, stay tuned!

I have enjoyed the visit to your website! I wish you the best, and expect to check-in from time-to-time, and visit. You seem to be approaching life from a healthy perspective. I reside in Virginia, with beautiful land and a farm, but we have our “problems”, which you seem successful in avoiding!
Don’t know what happened to my previous comment, but I wanted to COMMEND you on your efforts. (I am a farmer in Virginia, and I’d like to visit your community, someday, time permitting.
There is a lot of spam out there and so each comment is moderated individually. It can take me some time to do so!
East Wind is certainly not utopia and we have our own set of problems, but I’ll take this lifestyle over any of the ones I had in the city.
Thank you for your support, feel free to contact ew.membership@gmail.com if you want to arrange a visit!
Looking for a community to join…
There are a lot of communities out there. I would recommend looking at a number of them before committing to anything. The various FEC communities are a great place to start. Obviously, East Wind is a great fit for me!
